1. Personal protection
During the debugging process, the debugging personnel must wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety helmets, safety glasses, protective gloves, etc. For example, when inspecting transmission components or performing some operations where objects may splash, safety glasses can effectively protect the eyes from injury; When in contact with components that may have sharp edges or during installation and disassembly operations, protective gloves can prevent hands from being cut.Wear appropriate work clothes. The work clothes should be tight and not easily caught in the machine. Avoid wearing loose clothing or accessories that may be caught by machines, such as necklaces and bracelets, to prevent accidents.
2. Equipment protection
Before commissioning, ensure that the safety protection devices of the equipment are in good condition and functioning properly, such as safety doors, guardrails, emergency stop buttons, etc. The safety door should be able to effectively prevent personnel from mistakenly entering the dangerous area when the equipment is in operation. The guardrail should be installed firmly and in an appropriate position. During the debugging process, it is strictly prohibited to remove or shield the safety protection devices at will. When debugging the electrical system, the power supply should be cut off first, and warning signs such as "Do not Close the switch, Work in progress" should be hung at the power switch to prevent others from mistakenly supplying power and causing electric shock accidents. When conducting electrical wiring or maintenance, use qualified insulating tools and ensure that you keep a safe distance from conductive objects around you.
3. Operating norms
Commissioning personnel must be familiar with the operation procedures and safety precautions of the equipment and strictly follow the operation manual for commissioning operations. During the operation of the equipment, do not touch the moving parts at will, such as the drive shaft and die-cutting tools, to prevent being pinched or cut. When abnormal conditions or malfunctions occur in the equipment, the operation of the equipment should be immediately stopped, the power supply cut off, and then inspection and maintenance carried out. Troubleshooting is strictly prohibited when the equipment is in operation to avoid danger. For instance, when abnormal noises are heard from the equipment or loose components are found, the machine should be shut down first before conducting an inspection.
